Here are some of the most common questions we get asked.

We do not keep track of success rates, but the people that do fail are usually the ones that don’t ask for clues! We will provide a dedicated game master for each game. Our game masters ‘participate’ with you via video and listen in so they are able to provide assistance as needed throughout the game. You can have as many clues as you ask for, or as few as you want. Be sure and tell your game master how you would like to play the game.

Rush Hour rooms require no physical demands. No crawling, climbing or exertion. Just a positive attitude, spirit of cooperation and brainpower.

Rush Hour has been designed to be completely accessible for handicap and older citizens to include an accessible washroom. Parking is nearby.

We recommend you arrive 15 minutes before your start time to remove outer clothing, get comfortable, be properly briefed and ready to go. You can save time with the check in process by having players fill out their photo waivers online with the link that will be in your confirmation email.

Choose the game room you’d like to try and then pick a time that works for you and your group. Now add the number of people you are bringing to play and select your payment method

You are not actually locked in the room. You can leave the room at any time.

Got extra folks to play? No problem, bring them along and we will add them when you arrive! Do you want to add more than the recommended number of people? No problem! All of the rooms can take at least one extra person in them and the larger rooms easily fit 10!

No. We do not book strangers into the room with you.

We require a 4 person charge minimum to reserve a room ahead of time, but we will take walk ins of less than four if we have availability in our two smaller rooms. Feel free to look online or call us for walk in availability.
